Theresa Yosuico Stahl, RDN, LDN, FAND is passionate about helping people live full and satisfying lives. She has been promoting food as medicine for 4 decades. Recognizing the powerful relationship between mental and physical health, she completed certification and trained to be a clinical supervisor with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. Theresa is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
As a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist and consultant, she provides high-risk nutrition counseling with the Allegany County Health Department’s WIC program, teaches nutrition and facilitates mind-body skills groups with Allegany College of Maryland’s Center for Continuing Education. She speaks and writes on a variety of nutrition and wellness topics.
Theresa serves as vice-chair of the Western Maryland Food Council and is a member of the Maryland Food System Resiliency Council and the University of Maryland Extension Advisory Committee.
She is the author of I’m Full: Remindful Eating Tips to Feel Great and Make Peace with your Plate.
