Dr. Tijana Davis is an educator, facilitator, pastor, and leader based in Indianapolis, known for her work advancing well-being and equitable systems in education and beyond. Her work is grounded in the belief that small, intentional touchpoints can lead to meaningful transformation—personally, professionally, and organizationally.
Dr. Davis is trained in Mind-Body Medicine and is a Certified Facilitator through The Center for Mind-Body Medicine. She specializes in supporting students and educators by building resilience, reducing stress, and fostering overall well-being within educational environments. She also partners with leaders to help them lead with clarity, resilience, and integrity.
She believes that growth and healing begin with self-awareness, intentional self-care, and supportive relationships. Through her work, individuals are guided to reconnect with their inner strengths and develop practical tools to navigate everyday challenges with greater awareness and confidence.
Dr. Davis facilitates Mind-Body Skills Groups both in person and virtually. While her primary focus is working with educators and students, her groups are open to anyone seeking support, healing, and sustainable approaches to well-being.
