Before this training, I had attended mini-workshops, webinars, or teleseminars on many of the topics presented at this training. These were all received on the intellectual level in the mind with some personal experiences. I felt something was missing though. Attending this training brought my spirit into the experience of learning in both the large group presentations but more in-depth within the small group experiences. What a beautiful connection with others as well as with myself. Now I “know” at a cellular level how the mind-body medicine is a transformation.
