I am a medical educator, who teaches residents behavioral health and I run a pre-med and medical student health coach project. With all this engaging work, to take time for myself to practice mind-body skills was a wondrous and opening experience. And I know it will migrate into my work as a teacher and practitioner. Truly life changing for me.
