Facilitator
Join us in the comfort of a small, supportive 8-week online group and learn how to use a
variety of Mind-Body based techniques for self-care and stress management, enhance your
resilience, self-awareness and bring about calm. The group’s use of these techniques is
evidence-based and includes guided imagery, biofeedback, movement, meditation, writing
and art.
About the Facilitator:
Tonya is a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness
Coach (NBC-HWC). She is the CEO/Founder of Motivation Magnified LLC, a company fueled
by love, hope, and determination. Tonya is dedicated to increasing self-efficacy through
health and wellness coaching, building resiliency through Mind-Body Medicine skills groups,
and empowering others through motivational speaking.
