An Intermission and a Celebration

I know I’ve taken some time off from my blog. There’s been so much going on at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and I’ve been on the road, to California and New York, over the last two weeks. Now, I’m returning, initially with the photo you see here, and my caption.

Wonderful to feel the deep and abiding commitment to Ukraine of Secretary Hillary Clinton and President Bill Clinton at the Clinton Global Initiative last week. Here they are, with First Lady Olena Zelenska of Ukraine between them, and the entire CGI Ukraine Action Network, whom they honored, including Randi Weingarten, President of the American Federation of Teachers (second from right), Liev Schreiber (directly behind Secretary Clinton), Orlando Bloom (in the Unicef t-shirt), and (to the right of Orlando), our Ukrainian partner, Mykola Kuleba, Founder and CEO of Save Ukraine Rescue Network. I’m third from the right, so pleased that we are all coming together on behalf of and with the Ukrainian people.
