Problem Solving: Healthy Meeting Food

Have you ever had to plan snacks for a meeting?

For a recent staff meeting at the Center, I came up with the following menu:

Hummus with Mary’s Gone Crackers (the Caraway flavor), sliced organic carrots and baby bok choy
Bowls of organic red raspberries (it was the day after Valentine’s, and I was still feeling a little red vibe)
Bowls of Whole Foods trail mix with dried fruit, nuts, and dark chocolate (a small treat can’t go amiss).

The carrot tops became a centerpiece when my colleague Erin found a vase.
Ta da! Gluten-free, vegan, healthy and delicious.

I was surprised by the outpouring of gratitude. And the cost, including all that organic stuff? $28, for 15 people.
