A supportive space to learn practical tools, build resilience and restore balance through mind body practices.
The Mind Body Skills Group Series focuses on strengthening the connection between your mind and body to support emotional and physical healing. You’ll explore proven techniques to reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and improve overall well-being in a supportive small-group setting.
This 8-week program is based on the curriculum developed by Dr. James Gordon at the Center for Mind Body Medicine and is designed to support individuals experiencing stress-related emotional and physical conditions such as migraines, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain.
Next 8-Week Series Starts: Monday Mar. 2nd, 2026 2:30 – 4:30pm MST via ZOOM
Together, we will learn how to:
- Reduce daily stress and calm the nervous system
- Build emotional and physical resilience
- Ease stress-related symptoms
- Learn how to change nervous system patterns through self-care
Some personal sharing and a willingness to listen to others is part of the group experience
