week online group!
Experiencing and Sharing with others in a structured and small group
format. Mind-body medicine focuses on the connection and interactions
between the mind and the body, and the powerful ways we can use them to
participate in our own health and healing. You will learn and practice a new
mind-body skill each week and have the opportunity to apply it immediately
in your life. We use a variety of techniques including breathing, meditation,
movement, drawing, writing, guided imagery, and biofeedback to name a
few.
This affords a unique space to acknowledge, honor, and express the
various aspects of your experience.

and report greater self- trust, resiliency, creativity and improved
communication with friends, family and co-workers.
Cost: 400USD for 8 weeks group a sliding fee scale with limited

Group Facilitator: Gjorgji (Goce) Nikoloski, MD, graduated as a
medical doctor in Skopje, Macedonia in 1982 and trained in Psychiatry from
1989-1992 in Belgrade, former Yugoslavia. He worked in the psychiatric
department of a regional hospital Uzice, in Serbia from 1984-1992. After
the civil war in the former Yugoslavia in 1992, he became involved with the
International Red Cross and other international organizations in Macedonia
as a mental health professional, where he worked with refugees and
internally displaced persons from 1992 – 1999.
Since 1999, Gjorgji has been a faculty member of the Center for Mind Body
Medicine, from Washington D. C. and since then has attended to so many
workshops/trainings all over the world, in training mental health
professionals, teachers and psychologists.
At the end of 1999, Gjorgji moved with his family to Canada. From 2002 –
2019, he has been working with the Canadian Mental Health Association in
Guelph, Ontario, as a mental health professional. In his everyday work at
CMHA he has found that mind-body approach and techniques to be very
useful and helpful in individual and group support among youth and adult
population, those experiencing mental health issues.
Gjorgji with his positive and gentle approach and attitude has been a
motivational listener, guide and teacher to his patients as well as to his co-
workers.
In last few years as a senior faculty with the CMBM, from Washington DC,
has been leading online Mind Body Skills Groups. As well as, providing
online professional trainings and on-going online supervision.
Gjorgji Nikoloski has been registered with OAMHP- “Ontario Association of
Mental Health Professionals”, under Number: 2694 – G.
Note: An important exception to this confidentiality rule is if any individual expresses an intent to harm themselves or others, in which case, CMBM would be required to take immediate, additional action in support of the situation.
