Recent research is showing the dangerous effects of stress and trauma on our mental and physical health. The Center for Mind Body Medicine and CMBH are partnering together to bring you updated and evidence-based treatments to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and chronic pain, and improve overall well-being. A curriculum designed by Dr. James Gordon takes participants through methods to empower them to take control over their own health and increase connection with others. A group of 8-10 members will have the opportunity to share and connect as we learn and grow in a warm and friendly space.

What you will learn:
Meditation
Guided Imagery
Breathing exercises
Biofeedback
Expressive meditations

Why you should come:
Reduce and relieve stress
Promote healing and increase resilience
Mitigate your symptoms, improve sleep
Receive and provide group support in healing
Learn how your nervous system works and changes
