It’s time to take care of yourself!
Come nurture yourself in the safety of a small, supportive group. You will learn to enhance your capacity for self-care and self-awareness through meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback, and the use of drawings and movement.
Find the relaxation you need to return to your life with renewed purpose. Online virtual groups starting on February 6 from 6-8 PM EST. Cost is $240. Scholarships available.
