This educational, participatory group is supportive, informative, structured and confidential. All techniques can be immediately integrated into daily life: breathing exercises, meditation, biofeedback, and guided imagery.

Class size is 8-10 people. Fee for the series $275. Sliding scale available. Held on Zoom.

Note: An important exception to the confidentiality rule is if any individual expresses an intent to harm themselves or others, in which case, CMBM would be required to take immediate, additional action in support of the situation.
