You are invited to join in the comfort of a small, supportive, educational 8-week online group. Learn how to use a variety of mind-body based techniques for self-care and stress management, enhancing your own resilience and self-awareness.

These mind-body techniques are evidence-based and include guided imagery, biofeedback, movement, meditation, art and more.

Space is limited to ten people on Zoom. Continuing education credits are offered for MN nurses.

Dates: 8 weeks Wednesdays Oct. 4- Nov. 22, 2023 6:00-8:00 pm Eastern Time

Fee: $240 for 8 weeks. A sliding fee scale with limited scholarships is available, please inquire.

Facilitator: Julie Kilpatrick RN BSN PHN

Julie is a public health nurse and member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team. She is certified in Mind-Body Medicine and leads online Mind-Body Skills Groups and workshops. With CMBM, Julie has worked with Native American schools and organizations, and local nonprofits in South Dakota and in the Twin Cities.
She pursued training with CMBM to learn about self-care in relation to being a nurse and a full-time caregiver of her son, a person with disabilities. CMBM training opened a large door to her understanding of transformative self-care practices.
