Dates: 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4 and 6/11

Join us in the comfort of a small, supportive online group for 8 weeks to learn how to use various mind-body techniques for self-care and stress management, improving your resilience and self-awareness.

The group’s use of these techniques is evidence-based and includes guided imagery, biofeedback, movement, meditation, and art.

Cost is $350.00 per person for the full 8-week session.

A sliding fee scale with limited scholarships is available, please inquire.

Note: An important exception to this confidentiality rule is if any individual expresses an intent to harm themselves or others, in which case, CMBM would be required to take immediate, additional action in support of the situation.
