I simply loved this. I did the shaking and dancing expressive meditation first, and then this one and I have to say that I don’t remember feeling so relaxed in my body and mind as I began to feel through the soft belly breathing.

At this time we do not have a recorded soft-belly breathing meditation, but that is a great idea. We will look into adding a longer breathing meditation.
