Allison Duncan is a member of the CMBM Board of Directors.

Allison is the Co-Founder and CEO of Anau Health, a whole health company committed to providing world class healthcare to America’s moms and babies. She is also the Co-Founder and current Executive Chair of Impact Atlas, a technology company providing solutions for outcomes-driven, personalized case management for health and human services initiatives.

As a serial-social entrepreneur Allison has focused on creating companies and initiatives that pursue large-scale systems change by combining the power of social movements and innovation. She founded Amplifier Strategies, a for-profit social impact agency. She co-founded Uplift, a collaborative initiative for ultra-poverty alleviation, and created Battery Powered, one of the largest giving clubs in America. She was also Program Director for a $400 million environmental conservation portfolio at the Moore Foundation.

She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and her passion is learning to walk in sacred reciprocity with an indigenous community in northwest Brazil.
