Help us bring trauma relief to earthquake survivors
Our hearts are with the millions who are suffering in the wake of the devastating earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria. Recently, a number of clinicians and other community leaders from this region called on CMBM for help. We are already mounting our initial response. There is much more work ahead—and it is urgent.
We are ready. Will you help us?
Your gift today creates the foundation for sustained healing.
Your donation allows CMBM to rapidly respond to calls for help in moments like this. Every dollar counts. We will begin by teaching Turkish and Syrian community leaders to use mind-body skills and other self-care techniques to address their own trauma. Then, we will teach them to use what’s been helpful to them with their families, friends, and neighbors, and all those whom they serve.
If we raise enough support, we might also be able to provide scholarships for some people from these impacted communities to participate in CMBM’s next comprehensive training. After similar tragedies, we have seen these early trainees become the leaders who build and sustain large-scale, population-wide healing initiatives in their communities.
